Modifying Security Groups
The delegated administrator for your organization has permission to manage user accounts within the company.
The Customer Connect delegated administrator can:
To modify a user's security group
- From the navigation menu, click the Company item. If multiple companies are listed, select the appropriate company.
- Click on the Contacts tile.
- Click on the Edit button for the appropriate contact.
- Check the appropriate box(es) to provide additional security.
- Click the Save button.
