Modifying Security Groups

The delegated administrator for your organization has permission to manage user accounts within the company. 

The Customer Connect delegated administrator can:

To modify a user's security group

  1. From the navigation menu, click the Company item. If multiple companies are listed, select the appropriate company.
  2. Click on the Contacts tile.
  3. Click on the Edit button for the appropriate contact.
  4. Check the appropriate box(es) to provide additional security.
  5. Click the Save button.
